राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार, सभी सरकारी और गैर सरकारी कार्यक्षेत्रो में कार्यरत व्यक्ति अथवा कर्मचारी को अनिवार्य टीकाकरण के बिना उसके कार्यक्षेत्र में प्रवेश निषेध है| क्या ये प्रावधान और टीकाकरण का दवाब, भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त व्यक्ति के मौलिक अधिकार, Right to Health और Right to Livelihood का हनन नहीं करता? विवरण दें।
