A blue screen appears saying that it was not possible to update. Ai tells you two options: Restart or Advanced Options. I already restart several times, it takes a lot of time, and then it comes back on the same screen and asks the same questions.

Advanced Options tells you several options. I tried some of them but it did not work out. As I have no technical knowledge I need a support from you. Today I\’ll take a photo of the options advanced and post here to better understand what I\’m saying. Where did you send them? Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. In reply to fsouza33\’s post on April 25, If you see the option \”Startup Repair\”, try that one first. If that doesn\’t fix it, try \”System Restore\”, that should work IF you had it enable. Last resort, try \”Reset this PC\” and chose to keep your files. Good luck! Keep in mind that we don\’t work for Microsoft, we\’re not official technical support.
