When students have the issue, are they editing the same document co-auther a document or editing their own document? Not only have I lost what I was working on, I can\’t seem to get Word to save any autorecover documents. I turned the setting down to save every 1 minute so I could watch the folder populate with files.

Half an hour in, still not a single copy of the file has been saved. I have moved the folder location and still nothing.

We have one user who contacted us that AutoSave was not staying on. Our team re-installed office which fixed the issue for Excel, but not for Word. We have confirmed user did:. Would it be logical to have someone else use their OS account on her laptop to see if there is no issue using Word on that machine? It does not work if the document is saved to a folder on the local drive that is NOT synchronized with OneDrive.
