No, I don\’t believe you missed anything. I assumed like other applications you would be able to recover it that way. However, after more research you may need to use iTunes to recover. The calendar events do end up in trash, but in Outlook on the web, you only see mail items in the Mail module and the deleted items folder is not visible in the calendar.

Any chance you have access to a windows computer with Outlook installed? You can definitely see and move calendar and tasks, contacts from the deleted folder. I need to boot my mac and see if there is a way to get them out of the deleted folder in mac outlook. Since Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac are two different products, certain features might be different, your understanding and time are highly appreciated.

The alternative option would be to reach out to the Exchange Admin. Most IOS users have accounts setup. I, too, have one set up that I have not used in a while. What you can do though, if you need to restore a calendar and are worried about loosing current data. You can create a new local calendar and move the events to that calendar before you restore the archive Also your Exchange Admin may have set up an archive folder. Sometimes they setup archives to a shared folder or local directory.

If so you may already have an archive folder within Outlook on your device. Expand the subfolders to verify. The events won\’t be in the icloud calendar because they are in Exchange, not the icloud.
