The Recovery disk that is referring to is not the Recovery Disk you can create from Windows 10, that disk you need is a bootable Windows 10 USB which you can create on another working PC from the Media Creation Tool, you will get the choice to create a 32bit, 6bit or both version of that USB.

When formatting what do I use? Hi Fran, yes, certainly, there is plenty of space on that USB. Work through each of the recovery options available there.
