When I installed this software, after I entered the product code, the instructions said to click on start and choose the app I wanted to use. This is the only way I can access the Office I just installed.. Probably because of what you said previously, only one version of Office can be on a machine.

Do you think if I remove Pro plus and reinstall, that it will work differently because you said there can only be one version? I am definitely thinking about removing and reinstalling Office.
